That New Game Feeling

Something that definitely isn’t acknowledged enough is that feeling when you start a new game. Whether the game cost money or was free, the feeling of excitement and anticipation is probably there. I recently started The Talos Principle II and I can already tell it will be just as good if not better than the first. The feeling of “I get to play something brand new that I have never experienced” is amazing. I’m often excited just as much for that feeling as I am about playing something new.
